big rooms super clean room excellent service awful cocktails terrible food raw fish

the rooms are big. the rooms are also spotlessly clean. ahmed cleaned our room every day. he always checked if i needed anything such as towels and stuff.

i feel the cocktails are awful. it depends on what you like. there is a terrible choice of food in the restaurant. i saw raw fish in batter.

awful drinks french entertainment

the main dining room food was acceptable, with plenty of different dishes to try.

The all inclusive drinks were not good. the local wines tasted like vinegar, and the pina colada was acidic. I could not drink them. the entertainment was predominantly aimed at french guests and the entertainment team seemed rude to anyone not french.

relaxing stay with great service

attentive staff clean beach diverse food

I found the hotel staff very attentive. They responded quickly to requests. the beach was particularly clean with soft sand. i appreciated the diverse food options at the buffet. Every meal had something new to try. the animation team was fun. They kept the guests entertained without being intrusive.

The gym equipment could use an update. Some machines seemed a bit worn.

The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Very convenient. there was also a small balcony with comfortable seating. the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a good temperature.

The hotel is situated close to several local shops. Very easy to pick up necessities. taxis were readily available outside the hotel. Transportation was never an issue. the hotel's proximity to the airport simplified arrival and departure.

The pool area has about twenty loungers and a shaded section. Perfect. i noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes in the gym. there is also a dedicated kids' club with scheduled activities.
